摘要：绿色生态建筑应该是对环境无害，能充分利用环境自然资源，为人们提供健康、舒适的活动空间的一种建筑，也就是节能型建筑。用较少的投入取得较大的成果，用较少的资源消耗，获得较大的使用价值，使建筑与周边的自然环境融为一体，创造出人与自然和谐相处的建筑环境。本文分析了在目前情势下建设绿色生态节能建筑的必要性，对其设计原则进行了说明，其次认真归纳了绿色生态节能建筑的三大设计理念，最后重点探讨了绿色生态节能建筑的设计要点。

Abstract: green ecological construction should be harmless to the environment, can make full use of the environment of natural resources, providing people with healthy, comfortable space of a building, also is the energy-saving building. With a relatively small input make great achievements, with less resource consumption, get great use value, make the building and the surrounding natural environment be in harmony an organic whole, create the human and the nature harmonious get along with architectural environment. This paper analyzes the present situation in the construction of green ecological building energy saving, the necessity of the design principles are illustrated, followed by serious summarizes the green ecological energy-saving building three design concept, and finally discusses the green ecological energy-saving building design.

一、建设绿色生态节能建筑的必要性

进入新世纪，经济全球化加快，现代科学技术突飞猛进，中国经济快速稳步发展势如破竹，强劲的经济推动了建筑业的急剧扩张。而资源的匮乏、浪费、低效率以及环境的污染，使中国资源、能源已成发展的瓶颈。为缓和日益紧迫的人口、资源、环境矛盾、节约能源、提高资源利用率，降低建筑能耗，实现建筑与自然共生、人与自然和谐，走可持续发展道路，提高“绿色建筑设计”水平和推进“绿色生态节能建筑”的发展已是我国刻不容缓之事。

二、绿色生态节能建筑的设计原则

（一）人与自然和谐

建筑物是自然生态系统的有机组成部分，与自然界的其他事物处于一种相互影响制约的关系中。因此，建筑物必须融入周围的自然生态环境以及人文环境，通过与周围的生态环境以及人文环境的互动达到动态的平衡，从而构成一个和谐的整体，这是我们设计的出发点。……
