摘要：进行变电运行班组安全风险的评估与管理应用分析，不仅有利于提高变电运行班组的安全风险评估与管理水平，而且对于保证变电运行班组的安全、稳定运行也有着积极的作用，是变电运行班组的重要管理内容之一。本文主要从安全风险评估对于变电运行班组管理的重要作用，和变电运行班组管理中的安全风险评估方法、具体应用等方面，进行分析论述，以提高变电运行班组的安全运行管理水平，保证变电系统的安全与稳定运行实现。

在电力系统运行过程中，电力系统运行安全有着至关重要的作用，它不仅对于电力事业的发展有着重要的影响作用，而且对于国家社会经济以及人们的生命财产安全等，都有很大的影响。电力系统运行的安全管理，也是电力企业的重要内容部分。随着社会经济的发展以及人们对于电力需求的不断增长，电力企业对于变、供电安全的管理作用也越来越重要，不仅对于电力企业的电力系统运行安全管理水平以及企业经济利益有很大的影响和作用，更是电力企业对于电力用户的安全、稳定供电需求的满足体现，影响着电力事业的发展与进步。变电运行班组的安全风险评估管理，就是针对变电运行班组运行过程中的安全风险问题，进行及时的评估和控制实现，以避免变电运行管理中的安全风险问题发生，保证变电运行的安全与稳定。……
