摘要：绿色建筑技术以传统建筑技术为基础，但是进行了相当大程度的超越和创新，是在低碳经济时代应运而生的新型建筑技术。绿色建筑技术非常重视建筑和环境、建筑和社会的协调发展，重视建筑的优化、集成、环保、经济、高效以及低耗。相对于我国在绿色建筑技术的理论研究和工程实践方面均晚于欧美发达国家，但是发展速度惊人。在本文中，笔者简单地分析了我国绿色建筑技术的发展现状，同时展望了其发展趋势。

Abstract: the green building techniques in the traditional construction technology as the foundation, but had fairly large degree of transcendence and innovation, is in a low carbon economy era of new architectural technology arises at the historic moment. Green building techniques attaches great importance to the construction and environment, architectural and harmonious development of the society, and pay attention to the building, and the optimization of integration, environmental protection, economy, high efficiency and low consumption. Relative to our country in the green building techniques of theoretical research and engineering practice in Europe and the United States are late developed countries, but development at breakneck speed. In this paper, the author briefly analyzes our country to the green building technology development present situation, and prospects the development trends.

一、前言

根据一项统计，全世界约有一半左右的木材资源、矿石资源和土地资源用来建筑工程建设，大约一少半的能源用来维持建筑的通风、照明以及供暖等需求。由此可以看出建筑工程领域拥有巨大的节能空间和节能潜力。从战略角度和维持人类社会的可持续发展角度来看，绿色建筑技术无疑具有良好的发展前景和巨大的发展驱动力。

二、我国绿色建筑技术的发展现状分析

第一，在政府支持方面。我国政府高度重视绿色建筑技术的发展情况，不仅对绿色建筑技术的发展给予必要的政策支持和财政扶持，而且为了规范绿色建筑技术的发展，更是出台了《绿色建筑技术导则》（由建设部在2005年颁布），使得我国的绿色建筑技术发展在获得官方认可的基础上，又得到了官方的指导。《绿色建筑技术导则》当中对“绿色建筑”进行了明确具体的官方定义，同时规范了绿色建筑的各项技术重点（例如，绿色建筑规划、设计、施工、技术、运行管理等），明确了绿色建筑技术的研发与应用目标。……
