摘要：土地的开发和整理工作是一项具有综合性质的工作，所涉及的范围较广，包括城市的改造、拆迁安置工作、城市的区域规划及土地划分等方面，在现阶段的国家城市建设中占有很大的地位。测绘工作整个贯穿于土地从预测到开发整理的全过程，本文根据测绘技术在土地开发整体中的应用，分几个方面对测绘工作如何服务于土地开发整体进行的探讨，以供参考。

Abstract: the land development and consolidation work is a kind of integrated nature of the work, the scope of a broader, including the renovation of the city and relocation work, city planning and land area division and so on, in the current stage of the national city construction plays an important role. Surveying and mapping work the whole throughout the land development and consolidation from the prediction to the whole process of surveying and mapping technology in this paper according to the land development of the whole application, points aspects of the surveying and mapping work how to serve the whole land development, this paper for reference.

引言：在土地的开发整理过程中，测绘方法是在不同阶段所使用的勘测图，具有不同的作用和意义，它能为项目提供科学性的依据，以便在每一个阶段做出科学性决策，节约项目投资，规范工程作业，是项目进行规划设计，工程施工、竣工验收的重要依据，具有不可低估的巨大作用。随着信息社会的不断发展，我国各个方面逐渐走向信息化的发展方向，因此，在土地的整理工作中，测绘技术水平也逐渐实现信息化。一般情况下，为了操作的方便和精准，我们可以采用GPS全球定位系统采集野外数据，以卫星为基础的无线电卫星导航定位系统，这种方式在土地测绘工作中具有全能性、全天候、连续性和实时性等特点，操作十分方便安全，并进一步提高了测绘技术水平，更好的服务于土地整理工作。因此，我们知道测绘水平在土地开发整理中是一项服务于前期决策、设计到竣工验收各个方面的巨大工程。……
