摘要：高层建筑是一座城市有机组成部分，因其体量巨大，高度很大，是城市的重要景点，对城市产生重大的影响。随着我国钢筋混凝土高层建筑迅速发展，科技的不断进步，高层建筑也存在着一些设计问题，从基本的框架到高层的叠加，每一层都存在着一些设计问题，这些问题影响着我们在建筑中存在着一些风险问题。本文阐述了高层建筑在钢筋混凝土、抗震、暖通空调、排烟几方面的设计中存在的问题。

The high-rise building is a city organic part, because of its huge size, highly great, is the city major attractions, to have a significant impact on the city. Along with the rapid development of rc high-rise building, science and technology progress, high-rise buildings there is also some design problems, from the basic framework to the top of the stack, each layer will exist some design problem that affects the us in building there is some risk problem. This paper expounds the high-rise buildings in the reinforced concrete, seismic, hvac, smoke a few aspects of the problems existing in the design.

高层建筑一般由三个部分组成：裙房、主体和顶部，也有些建筑在设计中加入了活跃元，以使整栋建筑造型生动活跃起来。高层建筑设计对于一个城市而言，高层建筑往往具有一定的代表性和象征性，对此反应了一个城市的经济水平和发展程度，高层建筑的塔楼部分虽然变化的余地不大，但是底层部分却可以运用一些巧妙的方法进行处理来丰富空间形式。选择合理的造型就显得尤为重要。
