摘要：高压旋喷桩是高压喷射注浆法处理软土地基中的一种，是利用设备将主固化剂的浆液喷射进土体并冲击破坏土体，浆液与土搅拌混合，经一定时间的凝固，便在土体中形成圆柱状的具有一定强度和抗渗能力的固结体，从而使地基承载力得到加强的一种工程方法。

1、工程简介

港塘路改造工程位于天津市滨海新区的大港区和塘沽区，是连接两大主要城区的一条重要通道。其中跨天津大道立交桥主线桥头区域位于鱼塘段，属于软基段。为了保证路基不均匀沉降，避免桥头跳车现象发生，采用高压旋喷桩进行处理。

处理区域范围A去和B区，其中A区桩长为13m，桩间距为1.2m，处理长度为由桥台至路基方向15m，两侧路肩边缘之间的宽度；B区桩长为10m，桩间距为1.2m，处理长度是由A区终点至路基方向15m，处理宽度是到坡脚外侧的两排桩，高压旋喷桩桩径全为0.5m。

2、高压旋喷桩概述

2.1、概念

高压旋喷桩是高压喷射注浆法处理地基中的一种，是利用钻孔设备，把安装在注浆管底部侧面的特殊喷嘴，置入土层预定深度后，用高压泥浆泵等装置，以20Mpa左右的压力把预先制备好的水泥、水玻璃等材料作为主固化剂的浆液从喷嘴中喷射出去冲击破坏土体，同时借助注浆管的旋转和提升运动，使浆液把从土体上崩落下来的土搅拌混合，经一定时间的凝固，便在土中形成圆柱状的具有一定强度和抗渗能力的固结体，从而使地基承载力得到加强的一种工程方法。……
