摘要：地基基础是建筑物或构筑物的根本，属地下隐蔽工程，质量的好坏直接关系到建筑物或构筑物的安危。建筑物(或构筑物)的质量事故，很多与地基基础问题密切联系，因此，在工程建设时，对地基基础的合理选择、设计和施工，是保证建筑物使用安全、节约投资的重要环节。本文将重点讨论地基基础与基坑围护方面部分典型技术的现状与影响施工现场基础工程质量控制的因素，简要分析工程建设市场的发展趋势，并提出了施工现场基础工程质量检查的具体方法。

Abstract: the foundation is a building or structure of the fundamental, belong to the underground take cover engineering, quality is directly related to the security of a building or structure. The building (or structure of) the quality accidents, many and foundation close contact problem, therefore, in engineering construction, the reasonable selection of foundation, design and construction, is the guarantee of the building use safety, saving the important link of the investment. This paper will focus on foundation pit supporting and some typical technology in the present situation and the influence to the construction site foundation engineering quality control factors, this paper briefly analyzes the trend of the development of construction market, and puts forward the basic engineering construction site quality inspection of the specific method.

一、发展趋势

工程质量控制是一项复杂的系统工程，传统的以工程规范检验为主的“后验”式质量控制管理模式，很难适应现代工程施工的复杂性与动态性。建筑工程项目位置固定，是呈多面体行分布的一种人工构筑物，且形体庞大、复杂多样，材料品种众多，数量巨大，整体难分，不能移动。由此导致建筑工程施工的流动性、单体性而又具有很强的综合性，生产周期长，易受气候影响和外界干扰等特点。因而施工项目的质量比一般工业产品的质量更难以控制。现代建筑发展的趋势是越来越高、大，这样对建筑基础的要求也越来越高，因此桩基础的应用日益增多。其中又以钻孔灌注桩应用最为普遍;在基坑工程中无论板式还是重力式支护体系，均大应用各类灌注桩、搅拌桩、粉喷桩、旋喷桩、地下连续墙等;在處理软基础时，也会经常应用到砂桩、碎石桩、夯扩桩、高压喷射、振冲等。……
