[摘要] 目的：通过对Graves病（GD）患者甲状腺CT值与甲状腺摄131I率间关系研究，进一步探讨二者能否在131I治疗剂量计算公式中互换。方法：对105例GD患者甲状腺CT值和甲状腺摄131I率等相关资料进行分组，计算平均值，行多元方差分析，通过Logit变换、双变量相关分析，推导甲状腺CT值与甲状腺摄131I率间关系式，再将此关系式带入GD患者131I治疗用药剂量计算公式进行实际应用检验，将计算结果与实际用药量做对照。结果：①甲状腺CT值与甲状腺摄131I率和甲状腺重量呈负相关。②多元方差分析甲状腺CT值与摄131I率间具有相关性，K-S检验服从正态分布。并经推导获二者关系式：X=exp（a+b×CT值）/[1+exp（a+b×CT值）]，a=4.331 8，b=-0.033 6，差异有高度统计学意义（F=51.071，P=0＜0.01）。应用检验，其计算结果与实际用药量对比，相对误差绝对值及绝对误差绝对值均＜5%，其误差在允许范围内。结论：二者间存在很好相关性，并在一定范围内可相互替换。

Dosimeter of CT value of thyroid substitute for thyroid 131I intake rate in the treatment of Graves disease

[Abstract] Objective: To research the relationship between CT value of thyroid and thyroid 131I intake rate in the treatment of patients with Graves disease (GD), and then discuss whether they can be interchanged between the thyroid 131I uptake rate and CT value in dose calculation formula of 131I of Graves disease. Methods: The clinical data of thyroid CT value and thyroid 131I intake rate of 105 patients with Graves disease were divided into groups, the average value was calculated, multivariate analysis of variance was used, the related analysis of the formula of thyroid CT value and thyroid 131I intake rate were derived by Logit transformation and bivariate, then formula was put in drug dosage of 131I calculation formula of patients with Graves disease in order to compare the calculation results and practical dosage. Results: ①There was a negative correlation among CT value, 131I uptake rate and thyroid weight. ②The results of multivariate analysis showed that there was a correlation between CT value and 131I uptake rate. The results of K-S test showed that CT value and 131I uptake rate obeyed the normal distribution. Derived formula of them: X=exp (a+b×ValueCT)/[1+exp (a+b×ValueCT)], a=4.331 8, b=-0.033 6, there was a significant difference (F=51.071, P=0＜0.01). The test was applicated to compared calculation results and practical dosage, absolute value and absolute error absolute value were all ＜5%, error was allowable. Conclusion:The relation between the CT value of thyroid and thyroid 131I intake rate has nice relativity, and they can be used interchangeably within limits.

甲状腺具有摄取和浓聚碘离子（I-）功能，其对I-摄取数量、速度及I-在甲状腺内停留时间，反映了甲状腺生理和病理状态。而甲状腺CT值和摄131I率则是临床分析甲状腺疾病、判断甲状腺功能常用方法，且均与甲状腺组织内I-含量有关[1]，但二者间关系如何，就此问题，核医学科对105例Graves病（GD）患者甲状腺CT值和摄131I率间关系、规律进行了分析探讨，现报道如下：
