低碳经济驱动新型陶瓷材料行业的未来＊

新型陶瓷材料具有高强度、高硬度、耐腐蚀、耐高温等特性。近些年来，在开发新能源和有效利用石油能源的呼声中，发达国家相继掀起了新型陶瓷材料研究开发的热潮。针对新型陶瓷材料的独特性能，综述了工程陶瓷材料用途广泛和功能陶瓷材料的应用前景，以及陶瓷基复合材料的发展趋势；介绍了广泛应用于工程领域的陶瓷阀门材料和切削性能优良的新型陶瓷刀具，同时指出了陶瓷材料产业的应用开发趋势。

Abstract：The new ceramic materials with high strength，high hardness，corrosion resistance，high temperature and other characteristics.In recent years，the development of new energy and energy efficient use of the voice of the oil，the developed countries have set off a new wave of research and development of ceramic materials.For the unique properties of new ceramic materials were reviewed widely used engineering ceramics and ceramic materials with special performance features extensive prospect；and ceramic matrix composites have a wide range of development trends；introduced the widely used engineering materials and ceramic valves excellent new ceramic cutting tools；also pointed out that the application of ceramic materials industry development trends.

当代科技文明都与新材料的发明及应用分不开。同时工业技术的发展又不断向材料研究工作者提出新的课题，不断需求性能超越现有材料的新材料。与金属材料和高分子材料相比，新型陶瓷材料具有高强度、高硬度、耐腐蚀、耐高温等特性。近些年来，在开发新能源和有效利用石油能源的呼声中，发达国家相继掀起了新型陶瓷材料研究开发的热潮。

1 新型陶瓷材料性能独特

新型陶瓷材料在性能上有其独特的优越性。在热性能和机械性能方面，有耐高温、隔热、高硬度、耐磨耗等特点；在电性能方面有绝缘性、压电性、半导体性、磁性等特点；在化学方面有催化、耐腐蚀、吸附等功能；在生物方面，具有一定生物相容性能，可作为生物结构材料等。但其也有缺点，如脆性。……
