润滑油馏分脱酸技术研究进展

简要介绍了环烷酸的危害和用处以及国内外脱酸技术的研究进展，重点叙述了目前炼厂常用的各种脱酸方法，如碱洗法，醇胺法，溶剂抽提法和催化加氢法，以及一些新兴的离子液体法和微波辐射法，比较这些脱酸方法的优缺点。针对目前润滑油馏分酸值日趋升高，而对其脱酸的研究较少的现状，结合馏分油的性质，对今后润滑油馏分脱酸的研究方向提出建议。

Abstract:The harms and use of naphthenic acid and the progress in research on deacidification technology at home and abroad were briefly introduced.The common methods of deacidification applied in refinery were detailed,such as alkaline method,alcohol amine method,solvent extraction and catalytic hydrogenation method.And some novel methods such as ionic liquid method and microwave radiation method were also presented.The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were compared.According to the present situation of the rising acid number of lubricating oil distillate,but lack of the study on the deacidification,some suggestions on research direction of deacidification of lubricating oil distillate were proposed combining with the nature of the distillate oil.

前 言

近年来，随着原油资源的不断开发利用，高酸原油的开采量随之增多，其在石油加工中所占的比例也越来越大，这些油的酸含量均在1%左右，最高达5%以上[1]。原油酸值上升使得馏分油的酸值也随之上升，减压馏分油又是生产润滑油的主要原料，因而用它生产的润滑油酸值也偏高。石油的酸性组成主要是石油酸，有机酸、无机酸、酚类和硫醇。通常把脂肪羧酸，脂肪环烷酸、环烷酸等称为石油酸，其中环烷酸是石油酸的主要成分，约占90%以上，因此习惯上又将石油酸统称为环烷酸[2]。环烷酸主要集中在300～400℃馏分中，也就是说环烷酸大多集中在减压馏分油中。

1 环烷酸

1.1 环烷酸的结构

常温下环烷酸是一种难挥发性的黏稠性液体，结构复杂，分子量差别很大，大约在180～700之间变化，然而又以300～700之间的居多。……
