摘要：民俗舞龙作为龙文化下的具象之一，源远流长。对这一民俗仪式活动，作格式化与规范化的处理，就产生了当下舞龙的竞技运动形态。竞技舞龙是一把悬在民俗舞龙头上的双刃剑，两者间存在着相承与相克的关系。民俗舞龙在学校、企业、村落的社团中最适宜生根。竞技舞龙，要在工业与后工业社会生成与发展，必须对龙文化作全球化视野下的文化开掘与解读，本文的推论是，和而不同、造福人类、开拓进取、天人合一，是现化舞龙文化的生命基因，只有得到文化上的认同，民族的舞龙运动才是世界的。

Abstract:Folk dragon dance has been part of the dragon culture in China for quite a long history. The schematization and formalization of it has become the competitive dragon dance in todays society. Between the two, there exists a dialectic relationship of mutual influence--a relationship of the latters inheritance from the former or the formers restricting the development of the latter. Folk dragon dance is most suitable to be held at schools, enterprises and local communities. To boom competitive dragon dance in the industrial and post industrial society, we must examine and interpret the dragon culture from the perspective of globalization. This paper concludes that the base of modern dragon culture is coexistence of differences and happiness of mankind, development of society and harmony between man and nature. If recognized as a culture, dragon dance of our nation will also be accepted and welcomed by the world.

龙文化的形成、发展与传承、创新，已有数千年的历史，作为龙文化的具象之一，舞龙活动亦有千余年的演绎。一条意象中的龙，寄托着多少代龙之传人的情感、审美与祈盼，在民族的记忆里，有板龙、布龙、灯龙，在民族的认知中，有天龙、海龙、地身，在我们童年的记忆里，有锣鼓暄天、龙飞凤舞、画龙点睛。

中华民族的祖先，以丰富的想像力，把“龙”描绘得有声有色：它是“龙麟凤龟”四灵之首，是“龙龟象鹤”四寿之头，它更是吉祥庆瑞被膜拜为神兽之冠。它还是入水能游、陆地能行、腾空能飞的—三栖动物。^[1]在一代代炎黄子孙的生活世界里，龙已成为一种精神的实在。正是这种理念上的实在，使舞龙运动，随民族文化的嗜好，成为一种挥之不去的民俗记忆，成为一种体现民族特质的形象符号。……
