“You want to be teacher，do you？Dont be silly. Teachers are poorly paid. And they have no power to do what they wish to.” My friend was puzzled when I told her I wanted to be a teacher in the future. Im not silly and Ill tell him why.

Im determined to be a teacher because I have been admiring teachers very much since I was young. They are like angels，kind and respectable. They are learned，helpful and encouraging.

Im determined to be a teacher because teachers have the greatest power in the world. They lead us to success. They fan sparks of intelligence just as the God gave the breath of life into a clay figures nostrils.

Im determined to be a teacher because I can keep myself young for ever and I can learn，change and grow with my students.

Im determined to be a teacher because I like the living style of teachers，simple but free. The two vacations will offer me an opportunity for writing，doing research work and anything I like.

Ill try my best to be a qualified teacher. Firstly，Ill study hard to increase my knowledge and learn teaching skills. Secondly，Ill love my students and take pride in my profession. Thirdly，Ill trust them，respect them and understand them. I want to be their good friend and treat them equally.

I believe that teaching is the most honorable job in the world. Ill take it as my life-long career. I will never regret my decision. I think my wish will come true. Do you think so？
