Research on the Construction and Path of Cultivating Labor Spirit Based on Campus Culture

Abstract:ThespritoflaborisavitalcomponentofthrichtraditionalcutureoftheChinesenationIisesentialforuniversitiesintheneweratofulfilltheirfundamentalmssionofcultivatingvirtueandtalent，andtouildacomprehensivetalentdevelopmentystemtatpromoesoalntellual，psicalsthtic，ndlboratio.Uvesitypsure，snt hicleformpliciteducation，providesarichandvividpracticalenvironmentfornurturingandpromotingthespirioflabortoughits permeating andenduring nature，subtly influencing students.Thisarticlestarts withthelogicalconectionbetweenthespiritoflabor anduniversitycampusculture，systematicallanalyzesthemulti-dimensionalvalueof integratingthespiritoflaborintocampusculture，ndpropstalsealaliolialdk toconstructacomprehensiveodelforcultivatingthespitoflabor，providingtheoreticalsupportandpracticalmodelsforthesystematic and routine labor educationinuniversities in the new era.

劳动是人类社会存在和发展的基础。劳动精神是指崇尚劳动、热爱劳动、辛勤劳动、诚实劳动的精神品格，是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分，劳动精神不仅是个体成长的“精神钙片”，更是社会进步的\"动力引擎”。习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中强调，“在全社会弘扬劳动精神、奋斗精神、奉献精神、创造精神、勤俭节约精神，培育时代新风新貌\"。2020年3月，中共中央、国务院出台的《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》明确指出，要全面构建体现时代特征的劳动教育体系，广泛开展劳动教育实践活动。在此政策背景下，高校校园文化作为落实立德树人根本任务的重要载体，其育人功能的深化拓展亟须注人劳动精神的内核力量。营造浓厚的协同育人校园文化氛围有助于让“劳动最光荣\"“劳动最崇高”和“劳动最伟大\"的理念潜移默化地融入每个学生的内心]

劳动精神与高校校园文化的融合具有天然的逻辑契合性：二者均以“育人\"为核心，共同致力于培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人，劳动精神需要通过校园文化的载体实现常态化渗透，校园文化则需要劳动精神的注入焕发新的生机。这种双向赋能关系既体现了教育规律的内在要求，也彰显了新时代高校育人体系的创新发展。通过构建劳动精神与校园文化的有机融合机制，既能丰富校园文化的时代内涵，又能创设浸润式的劳动教育场域，有效促进大学生劳动价值观的内化与实践能力的提升。……
