Abstract：ObjectiveTo furtherimprove thequalitystandardof CampanumoeajavanicaBl.subsp.JavanicaBl.and providebasicdata，apreliminarystudyontheidentificationndcontentdeterminationofCampanumoeajauaicaBl.subsp.JavanicaBl.Herbs. MethodsTheextract，totalash，acid-insolubleash，andmoisturecontentofCampanumoeajavanicaBl.subsp.JavanicaBl.were determinedaccording togeneralprciplesofCnesePharmacopoeiaOOEdition.ResultsThemorphologicalcharacteristics，ross sectionandpowdermicroscopiccharacteristicsofCampanumoeajwanicaB.subsp.JavanicaBl.weredescribedindetailandused thethinlayerchomatographytoqualitativeidentificationofitsmthanolextract.ThetotalashcontentofCampanumoeajaanicaBl. subsp. Javanica Bl. was between 3.06% and 9.75% ，the acid-insoluble ash content was between 0.48% and 1.68% ，the 70% （204号 ethanol extractwasbetween 13.62% and 39.93% ，and the moisture content was between 9.75 % and 12.29 % .Conclusions The traitsofCampanumoeajavanicaBl.subsp.JavanicaBl.werestandardized.ThetotalashcontentofCampanumoeajavanicaBl.subsp.Javanica Bl. should not be more than 10.0% ，acid-insoluble ash content should not be more than 1.8% ， 70% ethanol extract should not be lower than 13.0% ，and moisture content should not be more than 13% . The results provide a basis for the establishment of quality standards of Campanumoea javanica Bl. subsp. Javanica Bl.

土党参为桔梗科植物金钱豹（CampanumoeajavanicaBl.subsp.JavanicaBl.）的根，秋季采挖，洗净，晒干。土党参为瑶族常用药，瑶药名为梗挪台[]，别名蜘蛛薯、马姑得、犬若来、桂党参、大花金钱豹[2]、奶参、土羊乳、白洋参、百丈光、川人参、浮萍参、南人参等[3-4]。常见于海拔1800m 之下 400m 之上的草坡和丛林里。主要在长江以南的省份分布，如浙江、江西、福建、台湾、湖南、广西、四川等地[4-5]。在广西主要分布在凤山、隆林、平果、隆安、大新桂平、藤县、贺县、阳朔、灌阳、全州、龙胜、靖西、那坡、宁明、田林各地[2.6]。其性平，味甘。有益气补脾、养肺镇咳、通乳的功效[4]。适应症为气血不足、气逆咳喘、吐泻、脾胃虚弱、乳少等症状。现代药理学研究[7-]表明，土党参中的提取物具有促胃肠道作用、免疫调节、改善脑损伤、抗疲劳等药理活性。为提高临床对瑶药土党参药材质量标准的把控，因而本文对瑶药土党参药材的形态特征，横切面、粉末显微特征进行了详细描述，同时其甲醇提取物进行了薄层定性鉴别，为建立瑶药土党参质量标准研究提供依据。
