[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical efect of acupuncture therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with autismspectrum disorder （ASD）.Method：A total of 100 childrenwithASDwhohospitalized inthe Departmentof Children'sRehabilitationofCenxi Maternaland Child Health Hospitalfrom July 202 to May2O24 wereselectedas theresearchobjects，the children weredivided into the control group （4O cases）and the experimental group （6O cases） by simple random number table method.The control group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training，while the experimental group was given acupuncture therapy such as scalp acupuncture，body acupuncture acupuncture therapy on the basis of thecontrol group.The therapeutic ffcts，te scores ofchildautismrating scale（CARS），autismbehaviorchecklist （ABC），infant junior middleschool socialife abilityrating scale （SM），and the improvement of core symptoms of two groups were compared.Result： After6 courses of treatment，the total effective rate of the control group was 90.00% ，and the experimental group was there was statistically significant difference between two groups （Plt;0.05） . After 6 courses of treatment， the CARS and ABC scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group，and the SM score was higher than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （ P lt;0.05）. After 6 courses of treatment， the improvementrates of nameresponse，atachmenttorelatives，eye contact with othersand language expressonability in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group，the diferences were statisticallsignificant （ P lt;0.05）; there were no significant diferences inthe improvement of narrow interest and stereotyped behavior between two groups（ Pgt;0.05 ）.Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training hasa significant clinical effect inthe treatmentof children withASD，whichcanreduceCARSandABC scores，improve SM score，and improve core symptoms.

孤独症谱系障碍（autismspectrumdisorder，ASD）又称自闭症谱系障碍，是一种以社交沟通障碍、兴趣狭隘、重复刻板行为及感知觉异常为主要特征的神经发育障碍性疾病，通常在童年早期被发现，且一直持续至成年，影响儿童的社交互动、沟通能力及行为模式，严重降低了ASD患儿的生活质量，已成为影响儿童健康的全球性重大公共卫生问题，患病率已接近 1%^[2] 。迄今，ASD尚无特效治疗方法，目前多采用康复教育干预为主的综合干预模式[。现代医学研究认为，ASD原发于大脑皮质功能失调[4，尤其前额叶与人的智力活动、记忆能力、情感反应、语言功能等均有密切联系，在ASD儿童中，前额叶功能障碍最常见。针刺疗法作为一种传统中医治疗方法，根据大脑皮质功能分区制定相应穴区，直接调整大脑皮质血流量，提高细胞代偿功能，从而达到提高智力、改善情感障碍及行为异常等效果[5]，已被证实对多种神经系统疾病有效，其对神经系统的调节可能对ASD儿童的治疗产生积极影响。为了探索针刺疗法联合综合康复训练在ASD儿童中的疗效，拓展治疗手段，本项目选取了部分ASD患儿运用头针、体针等针刺疗法联合综合康复治疗进行研究。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2022年7月一2024年5月在岑溪市妇幼保健院儿童康复科住院的、诊断为ASD的100例患儿作为研究对象。（1）纳入标准： ① 符合美国《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第5版中ASD诊断标准[2}；② 儿童孤独症评定量表（CARS）结合孤独症行为评定量表（ABC）辅助诊断[3]； ③ 依从性好，能坚持康复治疗 ⩾6 个疗程。……
