[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with warm acupuncture in bladder perfusion ofGemcitabine after bladdercancer surgery.Method：A total of 50 cases ofbladder cancer patients who received postoperative Gemcitabine bladder infusion treatment in Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from October 2O21 to October 2O23 were divided into two groups with 25cases each.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy drugs for bladder perfusion nursing intervention，and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with warm acupuncture nursing intervention. Both groups were continuously intervened for 8 weeks. Clinical signs score， pain degree， negative emotion，compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result： The scores of clinical signs， visual analogue scale （VAS），self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）andself-rating depresson scale （SDS） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P lt;0.05）. The compliance and nursing satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group （ P lt;0.05）. Conclusion： The application of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation combined with warm acupuncture nursing in bladder perfusion of Gemcitabine after bladercancer surgery can alleviate clinical symptoms，relieve painand negative emotions，improve compliance and nursing satisfaction， which is worthy of promotion.

膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切除术是治疗其最主要和有效的手段，然而术后复发率较高，可达 50%～60% ，且进展率达 20%^[1] 。术后吉西他滨膀胱灌注是预防膀胱肿瘤术后复发和进展的有效手段，其具有良好的脂溶性，易于渗透进入癌细胞，迅速达到有效的药物浓度，进而发挥抗肿瘤作用[2-3]。但其应用可诱发诸多并发症，如尿急、尿频、腹痛、尿潴留、恶心呕吐、小腹坠胀等，严重影响患者生活质量[4-5]。故在膀胱癌术后膀胱灌注中，应制定相应的护理措施，以减少并发症的发生，提高患者舒适度。中医护理技术在该领域护理中具有独特的优势，中药封包、温针灸为中医护理的重要组成部分，在临床护理中广泛应用，效果较好。为此，本研究选取50例术后接受吉西他滨膀胱灌注治疗的膀胱癌患者为对象，从临床体征积分、疼痛程度、负性情绪、依从性等角度，探讨中药封包联合温针灸在膀胱癌术后吉西他滨膀胱灌注中的护理效果，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

采用随机数字表法将2021年10月—2023年10月九江市第一人民医院收治的50例术后接受吉西他滨膀胱灌注治疗的膀胱癌患者分为两组，各25例。本研究经九江市第一人民医院医学伦理委员会批准（伦理批号：yt202106），患者或者患者家属知情同意本研究。纳入标准：经病理学检查为非肌层浸润性膀胱癌，且接受膀胱癌手术治疗，术后接受吉西他滨膀胱灌注；认知、沟通能力正常。排除标准：对吉西他滨药物过敏；……
