Abstract：The determinationand verification of keytechnical parameters in the special processtandards are the key links toensure thereliabilityand stabilityoftheprocess.Inthis paper，thedeterminationprinciplesand verification methodsof key technical parameters in the special processstandards were analyzed and studied.Three types of key technical parameterverificationmethods，including testverification，useverificationandanalysis verification，were proposed，and theverification examplesofkey technical parameters were given.This paperaims toprovide technical reference and theoretical support for the verification ofkey technical parameters inspecial proces standards.

0 引言

特种工艺是指器材、零组件或装配件通过一系列严格控制的工序进行处理或加工的方法，用这种方法制造或加工的产品，其材料发生物理变化、化学变化或金相转变，不经破坏，无法使用常规的检验方法或仪器设备最终判明其质量[1-2]。特种工艺所涉及的技术范围广泛，包括铸造、锻造、焊接、热处理、表面处理、特种加工、增材制造等多种工艺[3]在军工领域，特种工艺的应用尤为广泛和重要，这是因为军工产品往往要求具备更高的性能、更好的可靠性和更长的使用寿命。例如，在航空航天、军事装备制造、核工业等领域，对材料的机械强度、抗疲劳、耐腐蚀性、抗辐射性、疲劳寿命等性能有着极高的要求，这就需要依赖特种工艺来满足产品在极端环境下仍能保持优异的技术性能。

特种工艺标准是指为确保特种工艺在科研、生产、使用过程中的安全可靠，针对特种工艺的操作流程、工艺参数、质量控制等方面制定的一系列规范和技术要求。这些标准为特种工艺的研发、生产、检验提供了科学的指导和规范，是保证产品质量和生产安全的技术保障4

在特种工艺标准中，关键技术参数的验证工作是确保产品质量和工艺稳定性的关键环节。一方面，关键技术参数的验证可以确保产品在设计和生产过程中的每一个环节都能达到预期的技术要求，从而保障了产品的可靠性和安全性；另一方面，通过对关键技术参数的严格验证，可以及时发现和解决生产过程中的问题，避免由于工艺参数不合理引起的产品缺陷，从而降低了产品返工率和不良品率，提高产品质量。……
