摘要：在云南积极构筑面向南亚东南亚辐射中心的背景下，建设云南民族医药辐射中心已成当务之急。该研究通过文献资料分析、实地调查及归纳总结等方法，深入探讨了云南省民族医药与南亚东南亚国家的传播交流情况。文章结合辐射理论，全面剖析了云南在面向南亚东南亚发展民族医药领域的政策、方针、产业布局、交流平台搭建及人才培养等诸多方面，对当前的辐射中心建设中存在问题进行总结，旨在找到解决相关问题的有效途径。这一系列工作将为云南民族医药辐射中心的构建提供指导，并为相关部门提供可借鉴的模式，有助于推动云南的民族医药事业蓬勃发展。

Investigation on the Construction Status of Ethnic Medicine Radiation Center in Yunnan for South and Southeast Asia

Abstract： Under the strategic background that Yunnan is actively positioned as a radiation center facing South Asia and Southeast Asia， the construction of Yunnan Ethnic Medicine radiation Center has become an urgent task. Through the methods of literature analysis， field investigation and summary， this study deeply discussed the communication between ethnic medicine in Yunnan province and South and Southeast Asian countries. Based on the radiation theory， this paper comprehensively analyzes Yunnan's policies， guidelines， industrial layout， communication platform construction and personnel training in the field of ethnic medicine development for South and Southeast Asia， summarizes the existing problems in the construction of the radiation center， and aims to find effective ways to solve relevant problems. This series of work will provide guidance for the construction of Yunnan ethnic medicine radiation center， and provide a model for relevant departments to learn from， which will help promote the vigorous development of Yunnan's ethnic medicine in South Asia and Southeast Asia.

习近平总书记指出，传统医药是优秀传统文化的重要载体，在促进文明互鉴、维护人民健康等方面发挥着重要作用。中医药是其中的杰出代表，以其在疾病预防、治疗、康复等方面的独特优势受到许多国家民众广泛认可。[1]在国家“一带一路”倡议的大力推行背景下，中医药文化“走出去”获得了前所未有的发展机遇。在“一带一路”建设发展中，云南依据其区位优势定位为“面向南亚东南亚的辐射中心”。2015年和2020年习近平总书记在云南考察期间多次强调了云南要充分发挥连接南亚东南亚国家的区位优势，把云南建设成为我国面向南亚和东南亚辐射的中心[2]。……
