【摘要】本文针对建筑业供应链管理中存在的成本问题，提出了订单管理成本优化技术、库存管理成本优化技术、运输管理成本优化技术、采购管理成本优化技术和供应商管理成本优化技术，介绍了信息化技术、风险管理和供应链协同管理在建筑业供应链管理成本优化中的应用。通过本文的研究，可以为建筑业提供有效的供应链管理成本优化技术和方法，提高建筑业供应链管理的效率和效益。

Abstract： Aiming at the cost problems existing in supply chain management of construction industry， this paper puts forward the optimization techniques of order management cost， inventory management cost， transportation management cost， procurement management cost and supplier management cost， and introduces the application of information technology， risk management and supply chain collaborative management in supply chain management cost optimization of construction industry. Through the research of this paper， we can provide effective cost optimization techniques and methods for supply chain management in construction industry， and improve the efficiency and benefit of supply chain management in construction industry.

1建筑业供应链管理概述
