物业管理企业应急标准机制的建立与完善路径探索

【摘要】为了给广大业主带来更好的物业管理服务，最大限度保障广大业主的生命财产安全，各物业管理企业应提升自身管理工作的科学程度，制定健全、完善的应急机制，从而在各类突发事件发生时有条不紊地做好广大业主的疏散工作及生命财产保护工作。本文就新时代背景下物业管理企业应急机制的建立与完善展开研究，首先简要介绍物业管理企业应急管理的现状，随后提出新时代背景下物业管理企业应急机制的建立与完善路径，以期为相关物业管理企业提供参考。

Exploration on the Establishment and Perfection of Emergency Standard Mechanism for Property Management Enterprises

Abstract：In order to bring better property management services to the majority of owners and ensure the safety of their lives and property to the maximum extent，each property management enterprise should enhance the scientific level of its own management work and formulate a sound and perfect emergency mechanism，so as to do a good job in evacuation and protection of the lives and property of the majority of owners in an orderly manner when all kinds of emergencies occur. This paper studies the establishment and improvement of emergency mechanism of property management enterprises in the new era. Firstly，it briefly introduces the present situation of emergency management of property management enterprises，and then puts forward the path of establishing and improving emergency mechanism of property management enterprises in the new era，in order to provide reference for related property management enterprises.

随着我国城市化建设进程的加快、城市人口的不断增多，促进了各城市小区建设规模的不断扩张。城市人口的增加虽然一定程度上促进了城市经济建设的发展，但也给各小区物业管理企业的管理工作提出了新的挑战，如何保证小区居民生活环境的和谐稳定以及安全成为各物业管理企业亟待解决的实际问题。在突发事件背景下，小区业主的生命财产安全极有可能受到严重威胁，物业管理企业只有制定完善的应急机制，才能在突发事件发生时保证广大业主的生命财产安全。
