[摘    要]主要围绕机电类特种设备钢丝绳检测无损检测技术、特种设备钢丝绳安全现状、无损检测技术的运用、发展创新四个方面进行探究。在我国机电类特种设备中容易发生的事故之一就是钢丝绳断裂，设备和人员的生命安全和钢丝绳的使用状况有着紧密的联系，主要从机电类特种设备钢丝绳安全使用状况出发，结合钢丝绳安全检验，从而实现机电类特种设备高效安全运作。

Application of Non-destructive Testing Technology in Wire Rope Testing

of Electromechanical Special Equipment

[Abstract]The article mainly explores four aspects： non-destructive testing technology for wire rope detection of electromechanical special equipment， safety status of wire rope for special equipment， application， development and innovation of non-destructive testing technology for reference. One of the accidents that are prone to occur in my country's electromechanical special equipment is wire rope breakage. The life safety of equipment and personnel is closely related to the use of wire ropes. This article mainly starts from the safe use of wire ropes for electromechanical special equipment， combined with wire rope safety inspections， so as to achieve efficient and safe operation of electromechanical special equipment.

鋼丝绳在电梯中的重要性是不言而喻的。因此，现阶段在机电类特种设备钢丝绳检测中，无损检测技术的应用进行探究具有至关重要的现实意义。钢丝绳是特种设备的主要承载器件，安全性能和人员的生命安全，有着紧密的联系。现阶段电子行业快速发展，特种设备无损检测技术也应运而生，以提高特种机械设备的检测质量。

1 机电类特种设备钢丝绳检测中无损检测技术

现阶段在进行机电类特种设备钢丝绳检测无损检测技术应用分析时发现，该技术主要是指在不损坏或不影响被检测对象使用性能的前提下，利用材料内部结构异常或缺陷引起的热光电磁等反应。结合现代化的信息技术，对器件内部的结构、性质、缺陷、位置分布等进行检测。机电类特种设备、钢丝绳无损检测技术在一定程度上和该区域发展水平有着紧密的联系，常见的有射线检测、磁粉检测、超声检测等。……
