[摘    要]智能视频监控技术属于一项可视化的监控技术，其主要依托的技术为信息技术和大数据技术，此项监控技术的应用能够使智慧社区的管理水平得到根本提升，而且能够实现智慧社区中多部门的协同管理， 提高各管理部门之间数据的关联性，进而从根本上实现智慧社区的全面发展目标。主要针对智能视频监控技术在智慧社区的具体应用进行研究，以促进智慧社区的可持续性建设。

Application of Intelligent Video Surveillance Technology in Smart Communities

[Abstract]Intelligent video surveillance technology belongs to a visual surveillance technology， which mainly relies on information technology and big data technology. In terms of aspects， it can realize the collaborative management of multiple departments in the smart community， improve the correlation of data between various management departments， and then fundamentally achieve the overall development goal of the smart community. This paper mainly studies the specific application of intelligent video surveillance technology in smart communities. It is hoped that this research can provide a favorable foundation for the sustainable construction of smart communities.

1 智慧社区概念

在中国，智慧城市已经被纳入国家的战略规划当中，国家出台了一系列相关政策和指导意见，如GB/T 34678—2017《智慧城市技术参考模型》、GB/T 36333—2018《智慧城市顶层设计指南》等，为智慧城市的发展从概念普及转向落地实践提供了支持。

智慧城市是以“为民、便民、惠民”为导向，依据城市战略定位、历史文化、资源禀赋、信息化基础以及经济社会发展水平等方面进行科学定位，以“实现数据融合、业务融合、技术融合，以及跨部门、跨系统、跨业务、跨层级、跨地域的协同管理和服务”为目标，实现公共服务便捷化、城市管理精细化、生活环境宜居化、基础设施智能化、网络安全长效化等目标的实现。

智慧社区是将智慧城市的概念引入社区，根据GB/T 38237—2019《智慧城市建筑及居住区综合服务平台通用技术要求》的规定，智慧社区综合服务平台通过集成物业管理、商户、电信运营商、金融机构、居民、政府服务功能，产生具有运营价值的信息化管理和服务，为居民提供全方位生活服务。……
