摘要 果品是清水县的特色优势农产品，果品产业已成为当前全县农村经济发展的支柱产业。为进一步加快果品产业建设步伐，增强县域经济实力，拓宽农民增收致富的渠道，县委、县政府立足清水县资源优势，科学地确立了乡村振兴的战略目标，全力推进林果产业的大突破与大发展。本文探讨了近年来清水县果品产业建设现状及其存在的问题，并提出了果品产业建设思路。

Current Situation and Development Counterm-easures of Follow-up Management of Orchard Construction in Qingshui County

Abstract Fruit is the characteristic and advantageous agricultural product of Qingshui county. Fruit industry has become the pillar industry of rural economic development in the whole county. In order to further accelerate the pace of fruit industry construction， enhance the county economic strength and broaden the channels for farmers to increase their income and become rich， the county Party committee and county government scientifically established the strategic goal of Rural Revitalization based on the resource advantages of Qingshui County， and spared no effort to promote the great breakthrough and development of forest and fruit industry. In this paper， the current situation and existing problems of fruit industry construction in Qingshui County in recent years were discussed， and the ideas of fruit industry construction were put forward.

1 果品产业建设现状

按照《清水县乡村振兴战略种养产业发展三年倍增实施方案》，大力实施干鲜果产业“161”工程，即围绕实现果园提质增效管理1个目标，着力打造秦亭梁、安儿湾、庙湾梁、田湾梁、草陇路沿线、火石湾、黄崖湾、高庙梁、崔刘梁等流域一批优质干鲜果示范基地，扶持发展一批龙头企业。截至目前，全县已发展干鲜果建成11个千公顷核桃乡镇，110个核桃专业化村，2个苹果化乡镇，5个苹果专业村，16个企业大户流转建园点，创建国家级苹果标准化示范园1个、省级苹果标准化示范园16个、核桃标准化示范园4个，清水县的核桃、苹果、花椒已通过绿色食品产品产地质量认证，全县果品产业已由传统的粗放型管理向科学的精细型经营转变，果品产业生态、经济和社会效益日趋彰显[1]。
