摘要 当前生态破坏愈演愈烈，而生态环境的破坏严重威胁着人们的生产生活。因此，提升生态林业的发展水平至关重要。本文主要分析林业发展中的现有技术和总体规划，将工作重点转向提升林业覆盖率，为林业建设提供一定的建议。

Research on Forestry Planning and Design and Afforestation Technology in the New Ara

Abstract At present， the ecological damage is becoming more and more serious， and the damage of ecological environment seriously threatens people's production and life. Therefore， it is very important to improve the development level of ecological forestry. This paper mainly analyzes the existing technology and overall planning in forestry development， turns the focus of work to improving forestry coverage， and provides some suggestions for forestry construction.

高速增长的经济形势下，人们逐步提升了对生态产业的重视程度，林业建设已成为现阶段人们关注的主要问题。同时，林业资源在社会发展中的地位越来越重要，除了现有的社会价值外，其经济方面的优势也在不断提升。为了更好地提升林业建设成果，前期规划中更要注重林业发展方案的合理性。充分发挥现有技术的优势，进一步推动城市的经济建设，为人们提供更加舒适的居住和生活体验[1]。

1 造林规划设计的意义

植树造林是提升我国森林覆盖率的主要操作模式，对生态环境的持续稳定发展、物种的数量保护、打造新型环保城市有着重要的推动作用，可结合地区经济发展需求，作出科学合理的规划，发挥林业资源优势，带动地方产业发展，兼顾经济价值和社会价值，切实发挥环境整治作用，不断提升当地的环保水平。

2 新时期林业规划设计

2.1 林业规划要统筹兼顾

林业规划的发展方向：在兼顾整体发展的同时，要注重细节管控，确保方案的实施效率。（1）在前期的规划过程中，要从整体利益出发，综合考虑建设区域内的自然生态环境发展情况，并将当地的社会经济情况作为工作的考察重点。……
