摘要：在当前时代发展的背景下，机械设计制造以及自动化技术成为了现代化技术中不可或缺的重要部分。机械制造的发展对我国经济发展起到了促进作用，对推动我国综合国力提升起着至关重要的作用。为适应时代发展的需求，机械制造企业自动化技术应用效果最为明显，其在一定程度上提升了机械制造的效率。在人才培养方面，高校应建立起完整的人才培养计划并进行专业化培训，从而解决人才紧缺的问题。本文章通过研究自动化技术在机械制造业的应用现状和当前社会对专业人才需求等方面进行一定的分析与展望。

Abstract： Under the background of the development of the present era， mechanical design， manufacture and automation technology have become an indispensable part of modern technology. The development of mechanical manufacturing plays a role in promoting the economic development of our country and plays a vital role in promoting the comprehensive national strength of our country. In order to meet the needs of the development of the times， the application effect of automation technology in mechanical manufacturing enterprises is the most obvious， which to a certain extent improves the efficiency of mechanical manufacturing. In the aspect of talent training， colleges and universities should set up a complete talent training plan and carry out specialized training， so as to solve the problem of talent shortage. In this paper， the application of automation technology in machinery manufacturing industry and the current social demand for professionals are analyzed and prospected.

0  引言

我国工业化的发展历程较短，自改革开放后，我国机械化生产才逐步开始进行，并且也制造出了具有各种功能的机械设备。当前社会，机械制造是一个国家发展的重要基础，机械制造业的发展能够对各行业发展起到促进作用。自动化技术作为机械设计制造中不可或缺的部分，更是现代化工业的重要标志。纵观我国机械制造行业发展历程，由于起步时间较晚，所以导致了我国机械设计制造水平与发达国家相差甚远，因此，为了解决这一问题，缩小技术水平差距，机械设计制造业在发展的过程中应抓紧对自动化技术的利用，为我国机械制造业发展奠定技术基础。
