【摘 要】目的：研究西药房高危药品管理与用药安全性。方法：现今伴随着医疗事业的快速发展，药物的种类也越来越繁杂，所以对于药学药品的管理也相应提出了更高的要求。为了应对在西药房内展开高危药品的安全管理不足问题，针对高危药品管理以及用药的安全性的管理办法实行讨论。结果：对实施高危药品管理后的相关情况进行对比，分析实施高危药品管理前后的用药安全以及相关管理情况。结论：西药房实施高危药品管理能够帮助提升用药安全，提升药房管理工作人员的水平，建议推广。

【Abstract】Objective：To study the management and safety of high-risk drugs in Western pharmacy. Methods： with the rapid development of medical industry， the types of drugs are becoming more and more complex， so higher requirements are put forward for the management of pharmaceutical drugs. In order to solve the problem of insufficient safety management of high-risk drugs in the western medicine room.result：the management methods of high-risk drug management and drug safety are discussed， the relevant situations after the implementation of high-risk drug management are compared， and the drug safety and relevant management before and after the implementation of high-risk drug management are analyzed. Conclusion： the implementation of high-risk drug management in Western pharmacy can help to improve drug safety and the level of pharmacy management staff. It is suggested to promote it.

当今，医疗事业发展越来越快，药物的种类也愈来愈多，所以对药学药品管理也提出了更高的要求。药房管理当中重要且关键的组成部分之一的便是高危药品管理，高危药品的错误使用造成的伤害会比其他的药品更高[1]。通常将高危药品定义为药理分明、起效快且易对人体造成迫害的药品。在药房中，高危药品的占比低，但是药品的损伤性较高[2]，假设由于管理人员的忽视药品的安全性，形成药品管理不妥，进而发生药品问题，可能对患者的医治疗效造成重大的影响，甚至对患者的性命安全造成严重的干扰。本次研究中，针对西药房高危药品管理与用药安全性进行相关探讨，具体如下。
