【摘 要】目的：观察引入患者满意度评价在神经内科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法：随机数字表法将30名临床专业学生分为两组。对照组按照实习流程规定进行常规实习培训；实验组常规实习培训基础上，引入患者满意度评价机制。比较两组闭卷理论考核成绩、临床技能考核成绩、实习满意度和学习效果。结果：实验组学生考试成绩和实习满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05），学生优秀良好率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：尝试在实习教学过程中引入患者满意度评价，能显著地提高实习效果，值得在医学各专业的教学工作中推广。

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the application effect of introducing the evaluation of patient satisfaction in clinical practice teaching of neurology department.Methods：30 clinical students were divided into two groups using a numerical table method. The control group received regular practice training in accordance with the regulations of the practice process； the experimental group introduced a patient satisfaction evaluation mechanism based on the regular practice training. The two sets of assessment results， internship satisfaction and learning effects were compared.Results：The test scores and internship satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）， and the students excellent and good rate was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion： Introducing the evaluation of patient satisfaction in practice teaching can significantly improve the effect，which is worth promoting in the teaching of various medical specialties.

临床实习是帮助学生将以往学到的基础知识与临床技能相结合，是医学教育过程中极为重要的组成部分[1]。神经内科系统疾病病种多、致病机制复杂、知识更新及进展快，导致神经内科系统疾病教学内容繁杂且难于理解掌握，影响实习教学的效果。患者满意度调查是医院常用的一种衡量医院服务质量的评价方式，在各级医院应用广泛[2]，但在临床实习教学领域尚没有相关的报道。现将患者满意度评价引入神经内科临床实习教学中，观察其对教学效果的影响。报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2021年4月至7月期间在我院神经内科实习的临床专业2017级学生30人。采用随机数字表法将其分为两组。对照组男7人，女8人，前次期末考试成绩（77.9±10.1）分；实验组男9人，女6人，前次期末考试成绩（78.8±9.3）分。两组上述资料间比无明显差异（P>0.05）。

1.2 方法

将选取的30名实习学生随机分为对照组和实验组，每组15人。对照组学生按照我院实习流程规定进行常规实习培训，包括临床带教、在带教老师指导下进行床位管理、临床操作、跟随住院总医师进行值班和轮岗活动、完成阶段作业等。实……
