摘要：随着工程项目管理的需求变化和测绘技术的发展，现代测绘项目呈现出生命周期长，技术种类多且相对复杂，需要大量的人力、物力以及巨额投资的特点。因此，建立一套高效、集约化的测绘项目管理信息系统具有重要的现实意义。本文从桥梁工程中测绘项目的管理出发，介绍了桥梁测绘项目管理信息系统研究的背景，说明了设计的目标、运行的环境和开发语言，详细阐述了系统的总体框架，项目管理的基本流程，以及管理信息系统详细的功能，设计实现了一个能很好的用于桥梁工程的测绘项目管理信息系统。

Research and Implementation of Management Information System for Bridge Surveying and Mapping Project

Abstract： With the changes in the needs of engineering project management and the development of surveying and mapping technology， modern surveying and mapping projects show the characteristics of long life cycles， various and relatively complex technologies， and require a lot of manpower， material resources and huge investment. Therefore， the establishment of an efficient and intensive surveying and mapping project management system has important practical significance. Starting from the management of surveying and mapping projects in bridge engineering， this paper introduces the background of the research on bridge surveying and mapping project management system， explains the design goals， operating environment and development language， and elaborates the overall framework of the system and the basic process of project management. As well as the detailed functions of the management system， a surveying and mapping project management system that can be used in bridge engineering is designed and implemented.

随着工程项目的管理方式越来越细致和测绘技术的快速发展，现代测绘项目呈现出生命周期长，技术种类多且相对复杂，需要大量的人力、物力以及巨额投资的特点。测绘单位以测绘工程项目为对象，如何开展合理高效的经营、生产、质量、定额、统计、财务、成本等一系列管理工作是当前面临的研究难点。

当前测绘工程项目管理工作越来越复杂[1-2]，而管理力量受市场扩大的影响反而减弱。这样的矛盾导致在当前测绘生产项目管理中存在的诸多的问题[3]，如项目文档资料管理混乱、项目知识不能积累和沉淀、项目文档资料安全性难以保障等。因此，建立一套高效、集约化的测绘项目管理信息系统具有重要的现实意义。本文将从测绘工程项目管理的主要内容出发，分析当前管理工作中存在的问题，针对具体的桥梁工程的测绘项目管理研究一套桥梁测绘项目管理信息系统。……
