摘要：本文在进行内容论述的过程中，主要是根据当前土壤环境的相关监测工作进行展开，在此基础之上，对于基础监测点的点位以及布防工作进行分析，主要对其执行的思路以及当前的设计方式等方面进行进一步的探讨。在相关监测点的设置原则发展下，通过多种方式进行统筹分析，比如网络的设置、结构上的筛选，对于GIS技术的有效应用等方面进行分析。在该项技术利用的过程中，对其方案进行进一步的详细和解释，为后期相关技术的进一步研究提供一定的参考。通过对该项内容的研究发现，一方面可以更好地对当前的监测技术进行优化和完善，在此基础之上，也能够稳步推进当前国内环境保护工作的有效开展。为此，必须要对该项工作的开展以及重视。

Abstract： In the process of this article's content discussion， it is mainly based on the current monitoring work of the soil environment. On this basis， the basic monitoring points and the deployment work are analyzed， and the main ideas for its implementation and The current design method and other aspects are further discussed. Under the development of the principles of setting up relevant monitoring points， we will conduct overall analysis through a variety of methods， such as network setting， structural screening， and analysis of the effective application of GIS technology. In the process of using this technology， further details and explanations of its scheme are provided to provide a certain reference for the further research of related technologies in the later period. Through the research of this content， it is found that， on the one hand， the current monitoring technology can be better optimized and perfected. On this basis， the current domestic environmental protection work can also be steadily promoted. For this reason， we must pay attention to the development of this work.
