摘要：作为倡导“产教研用”理念的地方本科高校，宜春学院积极探索学校、政府和企业三方合作办学的新模式， 以服务地方经济为重点，以服务行业发展为特色，校政企三方共建产业学院，在宜春市大数据产业园建立IT实践实训基地，通过校政企联动打破了学校和企业的之间的壁垒，促进校政企“产教研用”深度融合，有针对性培养服务地方经济社会发展的IT人才。

The Exploration of University-Government-Enterprise Cooperation in Training IT Talents

—Taking Yichun University as an Example

Abstract： As a local undergraduate university advocating the concept of "production， teaching， research and application"， Yichun University is actively exploring a new model of school， government and enterprise cooperation in running schools， focusing on serving the local economy and featuring the development of the service industry. The college established an IT practice training base in Yichun City Big Data Industrial Park， broke the barriers between schools and enterprises through the linkage of school， government and enterprises， promoted the in-depth integration of "production， teaching， research and application" between school， government and enterprises， and targeted training and service areas IT talents for economic and social development.

1 引言

當前，国家大力倡导地方高校转型发展，对于地方本科高校来说，以服务地方经济社会发展为出发点，培养适合国家发展需求、服务地方经济社会发展人才是地方本科高校的责任和使命[1-2]。近年来，人工智能与大数据在全世界范围内受到广泛关注，为了贯彻落实《国务院关于印发新一代人工智能发展规划》《国务院关于印发促进大数据发展行动纲要的通知》《江西省人民政府关于印发促进大数据发展实施方案的通知》《江西省大数据发展行动计划》等文件精神，宜春市抢抓大数据产业爆发式增长、国家大力推进新经济发展的历史机遇，加快建设“云上宜春”，培育高端智能、新兴繁荣的大数据产业新业态，顺应新科技革命带来的经济发展新趋势，出台了一系列支持人工智能与大数据产业发展的政策。

产业发展、人才先行！尤其是大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能、互联网+等新业态集聚发展更依赖于高端人才和专业人才的集聚[3-4]。……
