摘要：针对渤海油田勘探开发中积累的海量数据管理难度大、利用效率低的现实，研制完成了渤海油田项目知识管理平台。该平台以勘探开发生产项目日常管理为主线，采用了AngularJS 2、restful、OpenCL并行与大数据分析等技术建设该平台，建成后平台具有数据库兼容性强、功能体系完整、可扩展性强、轻量化等特点，为勘探石油行业的科研及知识管理提供强有力技术保障。

Construction and Application of Project and Knowledge Management Platform for Bohai Oil field

Abstract： In response to the fact that the management of the massive data accumulated in the exploration and development of the Bohai Oilfield is difficult and the utilization efficiency is low， the knowledge management platform for the Bohai Oilfield project has been developed.This platform takes the management of oil exploration， development and production as the main line， adopting AngularJS 2.0， RESTful， OpenCL （Open Computing Language） parallel computation， big dataanalysis and other technologies， integrating lots of characteristics， such as strong database compatibility， powerful function system， strong scalability and more lightweight. This platform provides powerful technical support for scientific research and knowledge management of petroleum exploration industry.

1引言

渤海石油研究院经过多年数据库的建设与积累，形成了勘探库、物探库、测井库、化验库、文档库及储量库等多个数据库系统，每个数据库不仅系统不同，前端的应用也是相对独立的，造成了各数据库之间、各前端应用之间均不能互相连接调用，严重影响了相关数据利用效率。为解决此问题，基于“多库合一”的思想研制了渤海油田项目知识管理平台。该平台的建成为项目日常管理、数据资料检索等提供了便捷，并具备良好的可扩展性和可自维护性。

该平台设计为四个层级：最底层为数据库层，主要包括系统数据库、项目管理与成果文档数据库、物探数据库、中间成果数据库、勘探基础数据库、化验分析数据库、测井数据库;第二层为核心功能体系层，主要包括数据集成访问、知识成果管理、研究项目管理和日常工作管理;第三層为专业应用子系统层，主要包括测井大数据分析、月报子系统、井位审核流程子系统、开发图件审核流程子系统;最顶层是用户层，面向科研人员和管理人员，如图1所示。……
