习近平总书记在第二届“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛开幕式的主旨演讲中指出，“我们要积极架设不同文明互学互鉴的桥梁”“形成多元互动的人文交流格局”。以歌舞为代表的文化领域的交流互鉴，具有开展公共外交、弘扬丝路精神、促进民心相通的先天优势。在共建“一带一路”的时代背景下，中国东方歌舞团积极开展与沿线各国的文化艺术交流，以国家级演艺文化企业——中国东方演艺集团为圆心，致力于打造“一带一路”艺术团以及艺术融合推广、主题作品创排、教育板块延伸、国际艺术节举办、文化企业“走出去”“引进来”等国际化综合艺术产业，打造新时代的“东方歌舞一枝花”歌舞艺术国际交流平台。

In his keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the 2nd "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum, General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "we must actively build a bridge between different civilizations and learn from each other" and "form a diverse and interactive pattern of cultural exchanges".The exchanges and mutual learning in the cultural field represented by singing and dancing have the inherent advantages in terms of developing public diplomacy, carrying forward the spirit of the Silk Road, and promoting people-to-people bonds.Under the background of the "Belt and Road" era, the China Oriental Performing Arts Group is actively carrying out cultural and artistic exchanges with countries along the route.By centering the national-level performing arts and culture enterprise-China Oriental Performing Arts Group, it is committed to building the "Belt and Road" art troupe, as well as international integrated art industries including the promotion of art integration, creation and arrangement of themed works, extension of the education sector, the holding of international art festivals, the "going-out" and "bringing-in" of cultural enterprises, to create a new era of "Flower of Oriental Songs and Dances", an international exchanges of song and dance art platform.
