摘  要：目的  加强药学干预对抗生素合理用药的影响 。方法  本次研究开展时间为2020年1月～2020年12月，入组对象均为菏泽市立医院接受抗生素治疗的患者，总计80例。随机数表法进行分组，各40例，对照组接受常规药物干预，观察组在对照组基础上加强药物干预，对比抗生素药物使用情况、患者用药依从性、药物不良反应及对药学工作满意度。结果  观察组抗生素药物治疗时间短于对照组、所需费用低于对照组，药物使用频度和利用指数均低于对照组;药物不良反应发生率低于对照组;患者用药依从性及对药学服务满意度评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论  临床中在使用抗生素药物治疗過程中，提升药学干预力度，能够大大提升药物合理利用率，缩短用药时间降低医疗费用，也可降低药物不良反应，提升患者用药依从性及对药物服务满意度，应用价值较高，值得借鉴。

Strengthen the Influence of Pharmaceutical Intervention on the Rational Use of Antibiotics

Abstract： Objective To strengthen the influence of pharmaceutical intervention on the rational use of antibiotics. Methods  The study was carried out from January 2020 to December 2020. All subjects were enrolled in Heze Municipal Hospital receiving antibiotic treatment， and a total of 80 cases were enrolled in the study. Random number table method was divided into groups， each of 40 cases，the control group received conventional drug intervention， the observation group strengthened drug intervention on the basis of the control group，and compared the use of antibiotics，patient compliance，adverse drug reactions and satisfaction with pharmaceutical work.Results The treatment time of antibiotics in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group，and the cost was lower than that of the control group.The frequency and utilization index of drug use were lower than those of the control group.The adverse reaction rate caused by drugs was lower than that of the control group.The satisfaction score of pharmacy service was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion  In the course of using antibiotics in clinical treatment，increasing the intensity of pharmaceutical intervention can greatly improve the rational utilization of drugs，shorten the time of medication，reduce medical costs，and also reduce adverse drug reactions，improve patient compliance and satisfaction with drug services，The higher application value is worth learning.

临床研究的不断发展为各种疾病的治疗提供了良好的干预手段，对感染患者来说，抗生素可发挥切实有效的治疗效用。目前由于临床中缺乏有效管理，导致抗生素滥用情况比较普遍[1]。抗生素的不合理使用不但会对治疗效果产生消极影响，还会造成医疗资源及医疗费用浪费，甚至会导致医疗纠纷。药学干预是临床药师利用自身对临床药物药性、药理毒理、药代动力学、联合用药知识等专业的理解，将其用于对临床处方的点评、审核及反馈中，通过有效的约束和合理的建议，提升临床用药规范性，属于一种具有合理性、有效性及针对性的药学科学管理手段[2]。本次研究将菏泽市立医院接受抗生素药物治疗患者作为研究对象，观察重点为评价加强药学干预对抗生素合理用药的影响。……
