摘要：目的 分析在对非骨折性踝关节损伤患者进行治疗中按照针灸与推拿按摩相结合的方式进行治疗的效果。方法 研究所纳入患者为80例，在本院2020年2月至12月所接诊患者中抽选，结合组内盲选的方式，取40例患者按照常规方式展开治疗，即对照组，余下患者则展开针灸与推拿按摩治疗，即观察组。分析患者的恢复情况。结果 结合对两组整体恢复情况以及关节功能恢复情况对比，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论 在对非骨折性踝关节损伤患者进行治疗的过程中按照针灸联合推拿按摩的方式进行治疗，可以有效保障对该部分患者的治疗效果，帮助患者进行恢复。

Abstract： Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of non fracture ankle injury. Methods 80 patients were selected from our hospital from February to December 2020. Combined with the blind selection in the group， 40 patients were treated in the conventional way， namely the control group， while the remaining patients were treated with acupuncture and massage， namely the observation group. The recovery of the patients was analyzed. Results compared with the overall recovery and joint function recovery of the two groups， the observation group had advantages， P < 0.05. Conclusion in the treatment of patients with non fracture ankle injury， acupuncture combined with massage can effectively guarantee the treatment effect of this part of patients and help them recover.

作为人体负重的主要关节，踝关节在人体日常行走活动的过程中存在有极为重要的作用。若在异常外力的作用下，促使踝关节的活动范围超过了正常极限，则会导致关节韧带出现损伤，甚至出现骨折的症状。其中非骨折性踝关节损伤在临床存在有较高的发生率，对患者健康以及日常活动所造成的影响较大[1-2]。按照针灸、推拿按摩的方式对该症进行治疗逐步在临床得到运用，本研究就对该治疗方式的具体效果进行分析。

1资料与方法
