摘要：目的 分析在对外伤性硬膜外血肿伴颅骨缺损术患者进行护理的过程中将综合护理干预进行运用的效果。方法 研究所选入患者为80例，为本院在2020年2月至12月所接诊病例，结合盲选的方式，取纳入病例中的40例，术后展开常规性护理，即对照组，余下患者则需要将综合护理干预展开运用，即观察组。分析护理效果。结果 结合对两组术后生活质量、疼痛程度、护理满意度对比，观察组均存在优势，P<0.05。结论 在对外伤性硬膜外血肿伴颅骨缺损术后护理的过程中可以将综合护理干预展开运用，促进该部分患者恢复。

Abstract： Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with traumatic epidural hematoma and skull defect. Methods 80 patients were selected in the study， who were treated in our hospital from February to December 2020. Combined with blind selection， 40 patients were selected， and routine nursing care was carried out after operation， that is， the control group. The remaining patients need to carry out comprehensive nursing intervention， that is， the observation group. Objective to analyze the nursing effect. Results combined with the comparison of postoperative quality of life， pain degree and nursing satisfaction between the two groups， the observation group had advantages， P < 0.05. Conclusion in the process of postoperative nursing of traumatic epidural hematoma with skull defect， comprehensive nursing intervention can be used to promote the recovery of this part of patients.

外伤性硬膜外血肿伴颅骨缺损术属于临床较为常见的手术类型，该手术具备有较高的创伤性，患者恢复时间较长。在临床治疗的过程中，为促使该部分患者可以在手术后尽快得到恢复，更需要做好对应护理干预工作[1-2]。本研究就主要对综合护理干预在该部分患者护理中的作用进行分析。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

研究所选入患者为80例，为本院在2020年2月至12月所接诊病例，结合盲选的方式，取纳入病例中的40例，术后展开常规性护理，即对照组，余下患者则需要将综合护理干预展开运用，即观察组。在患者组成上，对照組中包括有男性23例，女17例，年龄分布在54—77岁间。而观察组中则有男性22例，女18例，年龄分布在52—79岁间。对比以上数据，P>0.05。

1.2方法

对照组患者在接受治疗的过程中对应护理干预工作均结合临床护理规定展开，护理人员需要帮助患者完成各方面术前准备工作，大致为患者讲解手术的流程。……
