摘要：目的：探讨质量控制小组管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2019年7月-2020年10月期间参与手术室管理的人员60例作本次研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例，对照组采取常规基础管理模式，观察组采取质量控制小组管理模式。对比两组的不良事件发生情况。结果：两组实施管理前不良事件发生情况无明显差异，无统计学意义（P>0.05），实施管理后，观察组不良事件发生情况明显少于对照组，两组差异对比有统计学意义 （P<0.05），结论：对手术室护理管理采取质量控制小组管理模式，能有效减少不良事件的发生，提高護理管理水平，应用价值高。

Objective： To explore the effect of quality control group management mode in the nursing management of operating room. Methods： 60 patients who participated in the operation room management from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study. The study was randomly divided into control group and observation group， 30 cases respectively. The control group adopted the routine basic management mode， and the observation group adopted the quality control group management mode. The adverse events in the two groups were compared. Results： there was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse events between the two groups before management （P > 0.05）. After the management， the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the quality control group management mode for the management of the operation room nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events， The application value of nursing management is high.

随着人们生活水平的提高，对医疗服务水平提出了更高的要求，手术室作为医院重要的科室之一，护理管理工作的质量直接影响着手术的顺利开展[1]。那么对手术室护理管理采取科学合理的管理方法，建立规范化、系统化的质量管理制度是非常有必要的，能有效提高护理人员的工作效率和护理质量。观察两组患者实施管理后的临床效果，报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院2019年7月-2020年10月期间参与手术室管理的人员60例进行临床研究分析。分为对照组和观察组，每组女性各30例，对照组年龄24-40岁，平均年龄为（30.15±3.42）岁;观察组年龄24-42岁，平均年龄为（30.16±3.32）岁。两组差异均无统计学意义 （P>0.05）。
