摘要：采用不同材质的三种镀铝薄膜，在相同条件下，分别对三种镀铝薄膜的正反面进行氧气透过量和水蒸气透过量检测。结果表明：镀铝面朝向低压侧时的氧气透过量明显小于镀铝面朝向高压侧时的氧气透过量；镀铝面朝向低湿侧的水蒸气透过量明显小于镀铝面朝向高湿侧的水蒸气透过量。

Research on the Change of Front and Back Barrier Property of Plastic Film Deposited with Aluminium

Abstract： Three kinds of plastic films deposited with aluminium were used. With a same condition， the oxygen permeability and water vapor permeability of their both sides were tested. The results show that when the surface deposited with aluminium towards to the low pressure side， the oxygen permeability is significantly less than the one which surface deposited with aluminium towards to the high pressure side. Similarly， when the surface deposited with aluminium towards to the low humidity side， the water vapor permeability is obviously lower than the other one.

隨着我们生活水平的提高，食品种类也在日益增加，随之而来的食品包装更是琳琅满目，而塑料包装因为其便利性充盈着食品包装的各个方面。镀铝薄膜又因为其较高的阻隔性广泛应用于塑料包装中[1]，在快餐食品包装、方便面包装、糖果包装、酸奶包装、膨化食品包装等有着较多应用。夏文广[2]等对多层镀铝膜进行了产业分析，也让我们对镀铝膜的发展有了初步的认识。最近几年，随着镀铝薄膜的广泛应用，国内外学者也对其进行了大量研究[3-6]。

镀铝膜是采用特殊工艺在塑料薄膜表面镀上一层极薄的金属铝而形成的一种复合软包装材料，其中最常用的加工方法当数真空镀铝法：在高真空状态下通过高温将金属铝融化蒸发，使铝的蒸汽沉淀堆积到塑料薄膜表面上，从而使塑料薄膜表面具有金属光泽。由于它既具有塑料薄膜特性，又具有金属特性，是廉价美观、性能优良、实用性强的包装材料。镀铝膜的特殊工艺使得镀铝膜在产品包装上具有很多优点：1）具有优良耐折性和良好韧性，很少出现针孔和裂口，无揉曲龟裂现象，因此对气体、水蒸汽、气味、光线等阻隔性提高。……
