摘要：卷钢具有单重大、易滚动的特点。卷钢运输一直是钢铁行业和运输行业的技术难题。针对铁路卷钢运输存在的实际问题，列举既有传统凹型草支垫运输弊端。通过调查研究，引进A型卷钢集装化座架（A型钢制座架），分析A型钢制座架的设计特点，对A型钢制座架进行冲击试验验证，指出未来工作要解决的关键问题。

Research on the application of coiled steel transportation of railway A-shaped steel seat frame

Abstract： Coil steel has the characteristics of heavy weight and easy rolling. Coil transportation has always been a technical problem in the steel industry and transportation industry. Aiming at the practical problems of railway coiled steel transportation， the disadvantages of the existing traditional concave grass support pad transportation are listed. Through investigation and research， the A-shaped coiled steel containerized seat frame （A-shaped steel seat frame） was introduced， the design characteristics of the A-shaped steel seat frame were analyzed， and the impact test of the A-shaped steel seat frame was verified， and the future work was pointed out. The key problem to be solved.

隨着国民经济发展，卷钢需求量和运输量逐年增高。货运列车不断提速，货物本身动能随之增大。当列车驶过曲线或加速减速时，要克服的惯性增大，为避免卷钢发生移动、滚动、倒塌等危险情况，需要足够加固强度和保护措施。

2021 年是酒钢集团公司统筹推进“十四五”规划的开局之年，宏兴股份公司制定“双千万”产量目标任务，全年实现1006万吨钢材产量的目标，旨在持续开展“提质增效、转型升级”攻坚行动，进一步打开产线产能发挥突破口，实现增产增效。实现“双千万”产量目标，给酒钢的产品发运带来机遇的同时也带来了更大的挑战，本部钢产量达到714万吨，铁路外发日均装车达到310余节，其中卷钢产品160余节。

完成此目标任务，使用钢制座架装载为卷钢产品发运提供了有力保障。自2017年起，酒钢通过与兰州局集团有限公司、宁夏铁发利物实业有限公司及北京睿力恒一物流技术股份公司一系列的协商沟通，实现了碳钢薄板厂卷钢使用钢制座架在兰局管内及乌局相关站的装车发送，全年仅发运654车，占碳钢卷钢产品发运量的2.2%。
