摘  要：中医药在几千年的积淀中，不断发展创新，形成了独具特色的健康养生观。中医养生及防治疾病的理论和方法，对中华民族的繁衍发挥了重要的作用，为中医药健康管理的发展奠定了强大的中医药文化基础。文章通过文献调研，以中医药发展和老年人健康管理事业发展为基础，探究了老年人中医药健康管理发展的国家方针政策、现状和趋势，并结合目前我国中医药健康管理的作用，针对老年人中医药健康管理发展中存在的问题，探索分析了推动老年人健康管理发展的方向和策略。中医药健康管理在老年人健康养生和慢性病治疗的过程中独具特色、效果明显。老年人中医药健康管理在快速发展的同时也存在一些问题，文章针对老年人中医药健康管理发展中存在的问题提出了相应的对策。

Study on TCM Health Management for the Elderly in China

Abstract：Traditional Chinese medicine in thousands of years of accumulation， continuous development and innovation， formed a unique view of health maintenance. The theories and methods of TCM health preservation and disease prevention have played an important role in the reproduction of the Chinese nation and laid a strong cultural foundation for the development of TCM health management. In this paper， through the literature research to development of Chinese medicine and the elderly health management career development as an opportunity and foundation， explores the elderly health management of traditional Chinese medicine national guidelines and policies， the present situation and trend of development， and combining the current our country the role of health management of traditional Chinese medicine， traditional Chinese medicine for the elderly health management problems existing in the development of， Explore and analyze the direction and strategy of promoting the development of health management for the elderly. Traditional Chinese medicine health management is unique and effective in the process of health maintenance and chronic disease treatment for the elderly. At present， there are some problems in TCM health management of the aged with its rapid development，this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the problems in TCM health management of the aged.

《黄帝内經》是我国现存最早的一部理论体系完整的医学著作，其蕴含着“上医治未病、中医治欲病、下医治已病”和“不治已病治未病”的健康管理的核心思想，是中医健康科学形成的理论基础。[1]2019年10月25日，习近平总书记在全国中医药大会上指出：“中医药学包含着中华民族几千年的健康养生理念及其实践经验，是中华文明的一个瑰宝。”从“治已病”到“治未病”的独特优势护佑着百姓健康，为建设健康中国贡献力量。中医药“治未病”的核心内涵是“未病先防，欲病早治，已病防变”，它符合现代老年人中医药健康管理的要求，在预防和治疗老年慢性病、维护老年人健康过程中发挥着积极有效的作用。……
