The effect of combined application of insulin detemir and repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of combined application of insulin detemir and repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were retrospectively selected for related study. They were divided into two groups by coin flipping method，with 40 cases in each group. During this period，patients in the reference group were treated with insulin aspart 30， and patients in the observation group were given the combined treatment of insulin detemir and repaglinide. The clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%，which was higher than that of 77.50% in the control group， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%， which was lower than that of 20.00% in the control group，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes， the combined treatment of insulin detemir and repaglinide can ensure the effect of blood sugar control and reduce the probability of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.

近年来，随着人们饮食结构的转变，糖尿病的发病率同样也呈现出了增加的趋势，其中以2型糖尿病最为常见。现代医学研究指出[1]，2型糖尿病的发生主要同遗传因素、代谢因素有关，中老年人则为此病的高发人群。2型糖尿病患者因自身长期处于高血糖状态，所以很容易出现血管病变及神经病变。截至目前，2型糖尿病尚无有效的根治方法，故而临床治疗主要还是以血糖控制为主。对2型糖尿病的高血糖进行积极的控制，能够有效降低与糖尿病相关并发症的发生率。但就实际情况来讲，仅通过口服降糖药的方法进行治疗，无法取得理想的效果，因此，在口服降糖药的过程中引入胰岛素进行联合治疗，便成为一条可行路径。基于此，本研究将围绕联合应用地特胰岛素及瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的效果进行分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

回顾性分析2018年3月至2019年3月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者80例进行相关研究，并通过掷硬币法将其划分为两组，每组40例。对照组男25例，女15例，年龄45～76岁，平均（57.38±3.21）岁;观察组男26例，女14例，年齡45～77岁，平均（58.12±3.54）岁;两组患者的一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。纳入标准[2]：①患者均符合2型糖尿病的临床诊断标准;②患者及其家属对实验知情且同意。排除标准：①确诊为Ⅰ型糖尿病者;②存在肝肾功能障碍者;③使用过糖皮质激素类药物治疗者;④存在精神疾病，依从性较差者;⑤临床资料不齐全者。本……
