摘  要：本文对市场上某车型的后轮偏磨现状进行调查分析。首先对车辆进行了四轮定位测试，分析了四轮定位参数信息;然后根据车辆压痕量、弹性线图等信息，推算了实际荷重値后，对特制后桥壳进行CAE分析。最后综合以上分析，得出了某车型后轮偏磨的初步调查结果。

Investigation and Analysis of Partial Friction of

Rear Wheels of a Certain Model

Abstract： In this paper， the current situation of the rear wheel partial wear of a certain model on the market has been investigated and analyzed.Firstly， the the four-wheel positioning parameters have been analyzed， according to the vehicle four-wheel positioning tests. And then， the actual load value has been calculated based on the information of the vehicle indentation， elastic line diagram， etc. After that， CAE analysis on the specially made axle housing has been Carried out also. Finally， based on the above analysis， the preliminary investigation results are obtained.

1    前言

国内某品牌车辆接到市场售后反馈：在行驶里程5万公里内，车辆有后轮偏磨问题。众所周知，后轮偏磨将影响车辆在行驶、转向及制动过程中的稳定性和安全性。针对此问题，本文结合故障车辆的四轮定位及载荷分析，得出初步调查结果。

2    后轮偏磨问题分析

2.1   故障车辆描述

通过对用户车辆调查，得知该车辆行驶里程共计49623km，车辆主要用于长途货运（汽车配件），平时主要载质量未发生超载现象。在车辆的主要行驶路况中，高速路占1/3，城市及国道占2/3，有高速通过颠簸路面情况。

2.2   车辆四轮定位分析

为了分析该车后轮偏磨问题，我们对该车轮进行了四轮定位分析。四轮定位是以车辆的四轮参数为依据，通过调整该参数以确保车辆良好的行驶性能并具备一定的可靠性，主要包括主销后倾（角）、主销内倾（角）、前轮外倾（角）和前轮前束四个内容。

根据表1车辆四轮定位测试结果显示可知，该车辆由于轮胎不平衡造成跳动;轮胎平衡后进行四轮定位检测，发现后轮定位数值超标，后胎内侧偏磨;更换后桥壳前，外倾角NG，前束OK，更换后桥壳后，外倾角、前束都OK。……
