摘 要：在汽车外饰领域底涂剂是提升外饰粘接程度的有效方法，但由于底涂剂的工艺复杂且成本较高，对大多数汽车生产商和零部件供应商的影响较大。文中对3M的免底涂胶带PX5000系列进行了多种中低表面能材料上的研究，结果证明PX5000系列是可用于汽车外饰的应用广泛的免底涂胶带。

Application of Primer-free Adhesive Tape in Automobile Exterior Decoration

Abstract：Application of primer is the effective method to improve the adhesive function in the automotive exterior area. However， due to the complex process and high cost of primers， it has a greater impact on most automotive manufacturers and component suppliers. The paper shows the study of 3M primerless tape PX5000 series on most medium and low surface energy materials. The results shows that PX5000 series is a primer-free tape with a wide range of applications for automotive exteriors.

丙烯酸泡棉胶带在汽车上的应用相当广泛，常用外饰件的固定都可以通过胶带的方式实现：如：防擦条、车门护板、车身镀铬装饰件、铭牌、门槛踏板、轮罩及饰条、挡雨板、车顶饰条、车身橡胶密封条及车轮平衡块等[1]。本文对目前汽车外饰最新技术的免底涂丙烯酸泡棉胶带的原理进行了分析，通过对不同外饰材料上的试验验证，得出3M的PX5000系列是可用于汽车外饰的应用广泛的免底涂胶带。

1 丙烯酸泡棉胶带的发展

20世纪60年代中期，氯丁橡胶胶带逐渐取代机械固定方式用来固定铭牌和窄饰条等汽车外饰件。随着汽车工业的发展，氯丁橡胶胶带的性能已经满足不了更高要求的外饰件固定。在20世纪80年代初丙烯酸泡棉胶带逐步取代了氯丁橡胶胶带，开始应用于汽车外饰件的固定[2]。

2 底涂的影响

在粘附汽车外饰常用的塑料件，尤其是一些中低表面能的材料时，丙烯酸泡棉胶带为了达到满意的粘贴效果，一般都需要使用底涂剂，根据不同的粘结材料表面选择合适的底涂[3]。……
