摘要：膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA，knee osteoarthritis）是指由多种因素引起膝关节软骨纤维化、皲裂、溃疡、脱失而导致的以关节疼痛为主要症状的退行性疾病。其病因尚不明确，可能与年龄、肥胖、炎症、创伤及遗传因素等有关。骨质疏松症（OP，osteoporosis）是一种以骨量低下，骨微结构损坏，导致脆性增加，易发生骨折为特征的进行性骨代谢性疾病。膝关节骨性关节炎和骨质疏松症往往发生于同一患者，关于两者间是否存在相关性尚存在争议。为此我搜集国内外近些年来的相关文献，目的是使两者关系更加明确，进而更好的指导临床工作。

Abstract ： Knee osteoarthritis （KOA） refers to a degenerative disease with joint pain as the main symptom caused by variety of factors such as knee cartilage fibrosis ，chap ， ulcer and dislocation. The cause of the disease is not clear， but may be related to age， obesity， inflammation ， trauma and genetic factors. Osteoporosis （OP） is a progressive bone metabolic disease characterized by low bone mass and damage of bone microstructure， resulting in increased brittleness and prone to fracture. Osteoarthritis of the knee and osteoporosis often occur in the same patient， and the correlation between the two is controversial. For this reason， I have collected relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years， aiming to make the relationship between the two more clear， and then better guide the clinical work.

膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA，knee osteoarthritis）是指由多种因素引起膝关节软骨纤维化、皲裂、溃疡、脱失而导致的以关节疼痛为主要症状的退行性疾病。骨质疏松症（OP，osteoporosis）是以骨强度下降，骨折风险增加为特征的骨骼系统疾病。预防是疾病防控的重要思想，根據我国疾病三级预防的思想，病因预防是三级预防中最重要的环节。我国已进入老龄社会，老年人群比例较高。针对老年人群，共患疾病较多。在疾病预防领域，仅仅考虑单一疾病是不可行的。因此，对膝关节骨性关节炎与骨质疏松症相关性研究显得非常重要，本篇文章通过对两种疾病的流行病学相关性、年龄相关性、体重指数相关性、雌激素受体相关性、治疗相关性进行讨论，以期使两者关系更加明确。……
