摘  要：本文主要介绍了一个关于设备维修管理经济性分析的方法：RMF-DWP方法。该方法主要计算了6个指标值，分别是最近2次故障间隔天数、故障频率、故障维修费用、故障维修天数、故障维修人工时、预防性維修，并对这6个指标进行综合分析和打分，从而发现维修管理经济性较差的设备，并可以运用该模型对具体设备的维修管理的结果进行深入分析，找到维修管理经济性较差的原因，从而可以为设备的维修管理提供一些决策帮助。

Abstract： This paper mainly introduces an economic analysis method of equipment maintenance management： RMF-DWP method. This method mainly calculates six index values， namely， the days between the last two failures， failure frequency， failure maintenance cost， failure maintenance days， failure maintenance man hours and preventive maintenance， and comprehensively analyzes and scores these six indexes， so as to find the equipment with poor economy of maintenance management. The model can be used to deeply analyze the results of specific equipment maintenance management， and find the reasons for the poor economy of maintenance management， so as to provide some decision-making help for equipment maintenance management.

随着企业装备自动化的不断提高，设备在生产中的作用也日趋突出，设备越来越多，维修设备费用也越来越高，做好设备维修管理工作不仅可以确保设备以安全、平稳的状态运行，有效地保障生产的顺利进行，也是提高生产效率的关键，因此，研究设备维修管理问题具有实际应用价值。

1  设备维修管理经济性分析方法

1.1 RFM原理

由于设备的建造材料、功能、性能、安装运行时所处环境等都不一样，因此，导致对每台设备的维修管理方法[1]或者模式是不同的。这种管理模式往往都是靠经验来确定的，有的设备可能一月需要检修一次，有的设备可能半年检修一次，还有的设备可能直到发生了故障才进行检修，而且每次检修的深度也可能会有所不同。……
