摘  要：铸铁闸门在水利工程特别是低水头涵闸工程及中小孔口高水头等不易检修的部位的闸门应用越发广泛。然而因铸铁闸门失效影响水利工程安全运行的事故时有发生，本文以某铸铁闸门失效事故为例，结合该铸铁闸门原材料的力学性能检验与有限元计算分析，试图找出发生该事故的原因，并为铸铁闸门产品质量管理提出解决方案。

Abstract： Cast iron gate is more and more widely used in hydraulic engineering， especially in low head culvert gate engineering and high head of small and medium orifices. However， the accidents that affect the safe operation of hydraulic engineering due to the failure of cast iron gate occur from time to time. Taking the failure accident of a cast iron gate as an example， combined with the mechanical property inspection and finite element calculation analysis of the raw materials of the cast iron gate， this paper attempts to find out the cause of the accident and put forward a solution for the product quality management of cast iron gate.

与水工金属结构钢闸门相比，铸铁闸门结构形状设计制造简单，且具有良好的耐腐蚀性、安装简单、使用寿命长、日常维护简单等优点，尤其适用于渠系涵闸等建筑物的小型闸門和孔口尺寸较小的水库涵洞闸门等中小型水利工程，随着我国钢铁工业的发展和机械加工能力的提升，铸铁闸门在水利工程特别是在低水头涵闸工程中得到广泛应用，中小孔口高水头等不易检修的闸门采用铸铁闸门的情况也呈大幅上升趋势[1-4]。2018年9月30日以前，水工金属结构产品包括钢闸门、压力钢管、阀门、清污机4种型式产品一直实行生产许可管理[5-6]，铸铁闸门由于多方面因素并未纳入生产许可管理，其产品质量保障手段更依赖于生产厂家自觉与市场筛选。

近年来，水利工程中铸铁闸门失效事故时有发生，2016年新疆某水库铸铁闸门春季闸门检修后，在加水过程中闸门失效，经潜水员……
