摘    要：新时期我国建筑行业发展迅速，建筑行业为我国社会发展做出了巨大贡献。在建筑行业繁荣发展过程中，建筑企业数量也在增长，企业间的竞争也更为激烈，建筑企业想要稳步发展，需要不断创新管理工作，而财务管理则是一种重要的创新内容，财务管理关系到建筑企业收益情况，科学的财务管理可以将建筑企业成本投入减少，为建筑企业带来更多收益。基于此，本文研究了加强建筑企业项目财务管理工作的方法，希望推动建筑行业发展。

Abstract： In the new era， China’s construction industry has developed rapidly and made great contributions to China’s social development. In the process of prosperity and development of the construction industry， the number of construction enterprises is also growing， and the competition among enterprises is more intense. If construction enterprises want to develop steadily， they need to constantly innovate management， and financial management is an important innovation content. Financial management is related to the income of construction enterprises. Scientific financial management can reduce the cost investment of construction enterprises and bring more benefits to construction enterprises. Based on this， this paper studies the methods to strengthen the project financial management of construction enterprises， hoping to promote the development of construction industry.

一、引言

建筑企業项目财务管理效果决定了建筑企业从项目中获得的经济效益，由于建筑行业竞争激烈，一些企业为了获得项目施工权限，将自身的报价压低，如果采用传统的财务管理方法，那么这些企业在项目中的收益会减少，甚至出现亏损的情况[1]。因此优化项目财务管理是建筑企业首要解决的问题，通过高效的财务管理方法将施工项目中各项财务内容优化，降低不良施工成本投入，提升企业经济效益，最终使得建筑企业获得经济利润。

二、建筑企业项目财务管理现状

一些建筑企业在发展中忽视了项目财务管理的重要性，将主要工作放在接取项目上，因此这些建筑企业在项目中的收益十分有限，部分企业甚至出现亏损。……
