【摘    要】本文基于分析核心素养下农村小学生个性化作文教学策略，提出挖掘学生写作个性，锻炼语言运用能力;阅读与写作相结合，强化审美鉴赏能力;创设良好的写作情境，发散写作思维三种途径，帮助学生积累丰富的语言素材与写作经验，促使学生在写作中彰显自身的个性，以此提高作文的感染力与吸引力，从而实现学生语文核心素养的有效发展。

Personalized Composition Teaching Strategies for Rural Primary School Students Based on Core Quality

【Abstract】Based on the analysis of individualized composition teaching strategies for rural primary school students under the core literacy， this paper proposes to explore students writing personality and exercise their language ability; combine reading and writing to strengthen aesthetic appreciation; create a good writing situation and diverge writing thinking three ways to help students have accumulated a wealth of language materials and writing experience， prompting students to show their own personality in writing， so as to enhance the appeal and attractiveness of the composition， so as to achieve the effective development of students' Chinese core literacy.

由于新课改及素质教育的全方面推进，强调对学生核心素养的培养。而在小学语文学科中，写作始终占据着重要的地位，是学生必备的一项基本技能。因为写作是学生个性发挥、思维创造的一个过程，往往一篇作文中包含着学生的想象、生活阅历及情感体验等因素。从作文的本质来说，写作既是创作，又是学生的个性体现。因此，在核心素养背景下，语文教师要高度重视对学生的个性化作文教学，以此强化学生的写作能力与水平，促使学生在写作中彰显自己的个性，同时借助写作去提升学生的语文核心素养，从而实现学生的个性化发展。

一、挖掘学生写作个性，锻炼语用能力

对于核心素养下的农村小学生个性化作文教学，需要教师通过不同的途径与方式，根据学生的个性特征、写作水平等，因材施教，确保每一位学生的写作能力都能得到有效进步与提升。可以说，个性化作文教学不仅是教师对学生的针对性指导，还包括教师灵活性的教学形式，以小组、集体等方式展开教学。……
