摘要： 本文在汽车专业领域1+X证书试点的实践基础上，总结了在证书选择、师资培养、实训室建设、课证融通等方面的经验和做法，并对后续如何深入推进1+X证书制度进行了思考和探讨，针对证书效力不足、社会认可度不高等问题，提出提高企业参与度、严把证书质量关、搭建校企合作桥梁等对策。

Abstract： Based on the practice of 1+X certificate pilot in automobile specialty， this paper summarizes the experience and practice in certificate selection， teacher training， training room construction， course certificate integration， etc.， and discusses how to further promote the 1 + X certificate system in the future. Aiming at the problems of insufficient certificate effectiveness and low social recognition， this paper puts forward some suggestions， such as improving enterprise participation， strictly controlling the quality of certificate， and building a bridge of school enterprise cooperation.

0  引言

2019年4月，教育部等4部委联合印发《关于在院校实施“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点方案》，1+X证书试点制度开始实施，并启动“建筑工程技术、汽车运用与维修技术”等5个领域的职业技能等级证书试点[1]。我院申报了汽车运用与维修技术专业领域证书试点，并成功立项为首批试点院校。

本文在汽车专业领域1+X证书制度试点实践的基础上，分享了试点过程中的经验与做法，并对继续推进1+X证书试点建设进行了思考和探讨。

1  试点工作的经验与做法

1.1 合理选择X职业证书

汽车专业领域1+X证书包含汽车运用与维修和智能新能源汽车两个职业技能等级证书，包含了汽车动力与驱动系统综合分析技术等15个模块，每个模块又分为初级、中级、高级三个等级[2]。有些院校在申报过程中申报了多个模块，在实施过程中才发现师资力量、实训设备等均存在不同程度的不足，给试点工作顺利推进带来了困难。

合理选择X职业证书应综合考虑专业基础、办学条件等方面的基础，集中力量先申报1-2个模块进行试点，待条件成熟再考虑选择其他证书进行推广。……
