摘要 基于专利视角从宏观（江苏省总体）、中观（地级市）、微观（IPC分类、创新主体）3个层面运用专利生命周期指标、泰尔指数等方法分析江苏农业科技创新动态。结果表明，江苏农业科技创新进入新一轮成长期;专利授权主要集中于动物养护管理工艺、植物的栽培管理工艺和人工化学及生物制剂等领域;专利申请人以企业和大学为主;三大区域农业专利授权创新差异呈下降趋势，区域内部差异比区域之间的差异大。

Dynamic Analysis of Jiangsu Agricultural Technology Innovation Based on Patent Perspective

Abstract Based on the patent perspective， we analyzed the dynamic of agricultural science and technology innovation in Jiangsu Province from the macro （Jiangsu Province as a whole）， meso （prefecture level city）， micro （IPC classification， innovation subject） levels by using the methods of patent life cycle index and Theil index. The results showed that Jiangsu's agricultural science and technology innovation entered a new round of growth; patent authorization was mainly concentrated in animal conservation and management technology， plant cultivation and management technology， artificial chemistry and biological agents and other fields; patent applicants were mainly enterprises and universities; the differences of agricultural patent authorization innovation among the three regions showed a downward trend， and the differences within regions were larger than those between regions.

“加强农业领域知识产权创造”是2019年中央1号文件的明确要求。农业科技创新是农业知识产权创造的核心载体，是支持农业产业转型升级的动力。专利作为衡量科技发展水平以及科技创新能力的重要指标，分析其动态有助于更好地了解当前农业科技研究的热点和未来发展趋势。江苏是农业科技创新的领头省份，1985—2017年累计农业发明专利申请数量占全国11.04%，位居全国各省市第1[1]。以设施农业专利申请为例，拥有专利最多的前10家企业、高校或科研院所中江苏省占3个席位[2]，因此以江苏作为对象进行研究具有一定的代表性。

已有文献研究农业专利产出的时空差异和影响因素，这些文献较多地从国际层面[3]、国家层面[4-7]以及局部区域层面展开，如长三角地区[8]、新疆生产建设兵团农业专利等[9]，聚焦于江苏省研究其农业专利整体产出动态的文献相对不足。……
