摘  要：近年来，国家推动各地各高校成立教师教学发展中心，大多数高校都已建立了教师教学发展中心，但是新建本科高校在管理、制度、内涵等方面均不完善，存在诸多问题。该文通过对新建本科高校的教师发展中心内涵建设研究，对教师发展中心进行定位，构建具有高校特色的教师发展中心，进而达到传承校园文化、提升教师教学能力、提高教学质量的目标，从而逐步形成特色教师培养体系。

Research on Connotation Construction of Teacher Development Centers in Newly-Built Undergraduate Universities

Abstract： In recent years， China has promoted the establishment of teacher teaching development centers in various universities all over the world. Most universities have established teachers' teaching development centers， but the newly-built undergraduate universities are imperfect in management， system and connotation， and there are many problems. Through the research on the connotation construction of teacher development center in newly-built undergraduate universities， this paper positions the teacher development center and constructs a teacher development center with college characteristics， so as to achieve the goal of inheriting campus culture， improving teachers' teaching ability and improving teaching quality， so as to gradually form a characteristic teacher training system.

近年来，随着高等学校教学质量和内涵提升，高校师资培训在我国逐步走上了制度化、规模化的道路，教育部已构建了多层次师资培训体系，其中主要针对高校的教师发展中心提出一系列的建设意见和具体措施，并且出台了一系列文件，明确提出各高校都需要建立教师教学发展中心，提高教师专业能力，推进高等教育内涵式发展[1]。

高校教育教学内涵式转型发展成为各高校面临的任务，教师的继续学习、业务能力持续提高和教师队伍的建设等现实问题让高校对“教师持续发展”更加重视[2]。各高校结合自身实际情况，在借鉴发达国家大学先进经验和做法的基础上，成立了教师发展中心，力求把以前分散于各职能部门的相关工作进行整合、形成合力，以期促进大學教师专业发展，从而为提供人才培养质量提供师资保障。搭建校级教师发展平台，组织研修活动，开展教学研究与指导，推进教学改革与创新。……
